Phoenix home next to Arizona Biltmore resort and golf course for sale: $7.5M

[ad_1]

The newest home on Phoenix’s coveted Biltmore Circle is for sale. The asking price is $7.5 million.

The 6,581-square-foot home built in 2019 has soaring ceilings, herringbone-pattern oak flooring, a circular driveway with a fountain and sweeping views of the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club course.

The European-inspired house with five bedrooms and 4 ½ bathrooms also comes with a kitchen with a large island and a pantry with a sink, a primary suite with a big walk-in shower and a music room. Outside, there’s a heated pool, a hot tub and a kitchen.

Metro Phoenix’s luxury home market didn’t slow with higher interest rates like the rest of the housing market. The median home price in ZIP code 85016, home to the Arizona Biltmore resort, is $582,000, according to Redfin. That’s up 13% from a year ago.

“This one-of-a-kind property is located along the famed Arizona Biltmore Circle and sits on a 1.23-acre golf course lot offering unobstructed views of the Estates Course and Piestewa Peak,” said Tucker Blalock. He and Oleg Bortman with The Brokery have the listing.
